Excitement for the new acquisition and dread due to the feeing that you had just been taking advantage of and somehow lost in the deal. I can honestly say, at Mohawk Honda, its all excitement. They know the value of time, commitment, consistency and building the trust and relationship of their customers. This review started 3 years ago when shopping for a new lease. After days of exhaustion and getting no where with multiple Honda dealerships in the Capital Region, I was turned on to Mohawk Honda and the salesperson, Jim Lynch (now retired) Needless to say, my experience that day was superlative. Now, could they pass the test of time with different players in the mix? The answer was a definite YES! From Samantha (BDC Specialist) in leasing and setting the ball in motion and pairing me with Camren McKenna, my Sales Consultant, an extremely valuable and knowledgable member of the team, who introduced myself, wife and daughter to Greg (Sales Manager), Andrew (Director of Variable Operations) and Nate (Business Manager) all of which played a vital role in the purchasing of a 2016 Civic EX-T and leasing of a 2017 Accord EX-L.. Just when you think Camren could not do any more, he paired my wife up with Jake Doyle to spend around 30 minutes with her going over all the bells and whistles in the new Accord. I look forward to 3 years from now when my lease ends and know I will have the same experience at Mohawk Honda with Camren and the rest of the team. More
