Friendly and Outgoing I was just in for an airbag recall when Johanna Kennedy approached me while I was dreaming about a new HRV and we both agreed it was a SEXXIE vehicle. I was just in for an airbag recall when Johanna Kennedy approached me while I was dreaming about a new HRV and we both agreed it was a SEXXIE vehicle. She introduced me to Bob Taaffe and I test drove the HRV and fell in love. He worked the numbers where I felt comfortable that I was making a smart purchase. I drove my new HRV home that afternoon. I feel Johanna and Bob went above the call of duty in making me feel good about my purchase. Couldn't be happier I was stuck with a vehicle that would not pass inspection without significant investment. My wife mentioned going to Mohawk Honda to look and see if t I was stuck with a vehicle that would not pass inspection without significant investment. My wife mentioned going to Mohawk Honda to look and see if there was a way we could trade in my old vehicle for a new one. My wife had gotten her Honda Odyssey there a year before and was so happy with the service there, she couldn't think of going elsewhere. Lindsey and her team got me into a brand new Honda Civic EX and I couldn't be happier with the service we received at the dealer and with the Civic, I love it. Mike Bennice sold me a Civic 10 years ago and helped me get exactly what I was looking for this time, an HRV and I love it. The staff at Mohawk was extremely friendly, very helpful and exceptionally accommodating. Everyone I saw had a smile on their face, great customer experience. I was very happy with my trade-in deal and payment plan. Mike showed me all the accessories that were available and I felt NO pressure from him.
