We called last minute on a Saturday morning for an appointment that afternoon as our current car was "on it's way out" and despite a very busy Saturday schedule, he was able to fit us in. We found the car we wanted, a CR-V, test drove it and bought it, all just after the shop was closing for the day. We knew Mike would give us the time we needed and we did not feel rushed. He was able to point out and explain all the features and let us try them out for ourselves.The "new" show room is lovely and there is much to do and listen to if you have to wait. They have "live" music on Saturday, a lovely guitar player, and pizza if you're hungry. The overall atmosphere is friendly, lively and bright. An added bonus for this visit was Rachel Dobies who went over all the features with us again when we went back to pick up the car. She is a "gem" and was a real delight to deal with. Mike always follows up after a sale, even years later, to make sure that things are going well with your car. Mohawk Honda goes out of their way to please you and make buying a new car a positive experience. More

Waiting was a problem 1st visit was on a Sat, was there for almost 30 min. before anyone meet us. Most of the time was checking out the Odyssey. Almost walked out. Arrive the to pick up the new car at the appointed time and had to wait for the contact person. Car was not ready and had to wait another 30 min. Can understand the wait on the 1st visit but not the wait on the day of the pickup. We were told to pick up the new car at 9AM to avoid a delay but ended up waiting anyway. Other then that no other problems. More

Best Used Car Buying Experience Ever!! I stopped in to "look" as my son's 2006 Subaru was now 10 years old and I had just paid $400 to remediate a "check engine light". "What was next"? I I stopped in to "look" as my son's 2006 Subaru was now 10 years old and I had just paid $400 to remediate a "check engine light". "What was next"? I asked myself. Within 10 minutes at Mohawk I met Jenn Diciero who after a brief discussion advised they had just taken in a 2013 Civic. Jenn brought it around and although a little dirty, it seemed to fit the bill. Long story short - this was Wednesday around 4pm. I closed Friday at 4pm. Really great experience. Jenn Diciero is a true professional and a great sales person! More
