New Pilot thanks to amazing customer service Let's just say I find the entire car buying process to be intimidating. I did weeks of research and had lists of questions. I started my initial Let's just say I find the entire car buying process to be intimidating. I did weeks of research and had lists of questions. I started my initial search via the Internet and by far Mohawk was the most responsive. Finally made an appointment to test drive the 2016 Pilot EX-L. My salesman, Frank, spend two hours answering all of my questions and taking a test drive. I fell in love with the car. Not once did he seem frustrated with my or my daughters questions. I would have bought the car then and there, but my daughter had practice and couldn't be there with us. The manager Andy suggested that they drive the car to my house so she could see it! I thought it was a joke, but no, they drove the car to my house so she could test drive it with me. If a company and its employees are going to go this far above and beyond, they deserve my business. Purchased the SUV the next day and it was such an easy and smooth process. Everyone we met at Mohawk Honda were professional and pleasant to deal with. A special thank you to Frank our salesperson, Andy, the Manager (who my daughter and him created a special handshake) and Nate the finance guru. They got me an amazing finance rate. For an experience I was dreading, they turned it around. I walked out loving my purchase, confident in my decision and felt like I had a team to help me - not sell me. Hats off to Mohawk Honda!!!! Relaxed, friendly, easy Katie was so friendly. I felt totally comfortable with her when leasing my car. This was my first time leasing a vehicle on my own but not my first ti Katie was so friendly. This was my first time leasing a vehicle on my own but not my first time at a car dealership and I was blown away by how nice everyone was and how much more enjoyable this experience was then the last time I went car shopping. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating and I never felt pressured. Katie worked with me to make sure I understood everything and was very helpful. There was even entertainment and pizza while we waited for the car to be ready. More
