Major upgrade I went to Mowhawk Honda on 3/28 to look for a new car. I knew what I wanted: 2012 black on black Civic. I didn't want a brand new car seeing as how it I went to Mowhawk Honda on 3/28 to look for a new car. I knew what I wanted: 2012 black on black Civic. I didn't want a brand new car seeing as how it was definitely in my price range. Brian McKenna walked up to us and immediately helped my mom and I out. The 2012 was not in my budget either, but leasing a brand new 2016 Civic was to lease. This was my first time buying a car and Brian was very helpful and patient with me, and did his absolute best to figure out what was best for me. I am SO happy with my new car, and I got quite the upgrade! More

Our New Friend at Mohawk Honda We have been customers at Mohawk Honda for many years now, and it has always been a really good experience since the day we walked in those doors read We have been customers at Mohawk Honda for many years now, and it has always been a really good experience since the day we walked in those doors ready to service our privately purchased second-hand CRV. We walked out with a new Fit, one year later we returned to service the Fit and Left with a brand new Honda Civic EXL/ Navi. 2 years later we bought a new 2013 CRV EXL/NAVI and a 2014 Odyssey Touring Elite. 10 months later we upgraded the CRV to the 2015 Pilot Touring. All sales were thanks to Scott Moynihan and Kurt Montanye. we were very sad to hear they were leaving and thought our Mohawk Honda dream was at an end. Then yesterday we were over there to service our Odyssey and met Travis Landry. Travis was enormously helpful and eager to make sure we were looked after. Today we drove home in our beautiful 2016 Pilot Elite AWD. I never thought anyone could replace our old friends, but I was wrong. Travis is very thorough and gets you through the car buying process with ease and minimal delays or wait times with out making you feel rushed or pressured. Vehicle purchase I was on track to exceed the allotted mileage on my 2014 lease and came into Mohawk Honda to explore my options in that regard. Jennifer DeCiero expl I was on track to exceed the allotted mileage on my 2014 lease and came into Mohawk Honda to explore my options in that regard. Jennifer DeCiero explained my options for re-lease verses purchase and was able to work on a deal which got me out of my current lease and put me into a 2016 Honda Odyssey. For a slightly larger monthly payment I was able to purchase it. Jennifer is awesome to work with and really took the time to follow through my entire vehicle purchase experience. Micah was very helpful in guiding me into the right warrantee package and financing terms. More

Incredible Customer Service I would like to give a huge THANK YOU to Andrew G. and all the staff at Mohawk Honda. In March Andy G. went above and beyond for myself and family I would like to give a huge THANK YOU to Andrew G. and all the staff at Mohawk Honda. In March Andy G. went above and beyond for myself and family he has set a new standard for customer service. On a rainy morning in March I was stranded in a parking lot trying to fix the safety lock on my car door that my son had been playing with and now was not able to close my door. I had no idea was I was going to do until I saw Andy G. drive by in a Pilot with the Mohawk Honda logo written across the side. I flagged him down and asked him if there was anyway he could give me some assistance. In the rain Andy tried the best he could to fix the door because he was unable to he told me to take his car and he would take mine to the service center for me. I could not believe my ears, he wanted me to take his car? Who does that? Andy did!! He told me to think nothing of it and asked me what time I should meet him back here with to switch cars. Andy was so accommodating it was unbelievable. I got in Andy's car and headed to work. He had found a way to rig my car door shut for the 15 miles in the rain he had to drive it to the service center. I have owned several Hondas over the last decade and have never experienced such a high level of customer service. Not only were they great to work with from start to finish on the sale/trade in on my car but the service and follow up after is top notch. I would highly recommend Mohawk Honda. THANK YOU AGAIN!
