The simplest car-buying experience I have ever had I just bought a 2016 Civic from Camren McKenna at Mohawk Honda and he helped to facilitate the easiest and quickest purchase experience I have had. I stopped in on a Saturday to test drive a Civic and we reviewed the different models and options. We went for a test drive and I really liked the car. I test drove a few other makes and models at other dealerships but decided on the Civic. I made an appointment to work out pricing and purchase details, which took about 30 minutes. We scheduled another appointment for the following day to purchase and pick up the car -- Camren had already handled the financing, insurance, etc. and I had the keys to my new Civic Touring 20 minutes later after filling out the final paperwork. Camren introduced me to Derek Lahut who was going to take care of transferring my plates and reviewing the features of my car. While Derek swapped the plates I sat in the lounge area of the dealership, with free cookies and coffee. When Derek was done (he even pulled my EZ-Pass out of my old car and gave me new mounting pads) we went over the tech features and set up the CarPlay connection with my iPhone. After that I was all set and I pulled out of the dealership in my new Civic Touring! Total time spent in the purchase process:50 minutes. TIme spent eating cookies: 5 minutes. I'm extremely happy with my experience and with my new Civic! More

Leigh Keller was great at helping navigate car shopping online. She knew what I was looking for and found it. Well done! When I arrived for a test drive I could not believe how comfortable the experience was. There were none of the "vultures in suits" like you see at other dealerships. Mark Ellis walked me through the process gave me time in the car to check everything out. He answered ALL my questions. It was just a great day. I later met with Joe Vita to discuss the financials. He was great, no pressure. We discussed the purchase of an extended warranty but it was my choice. He outlined the advantages, but he didn't try to make me feel like I was making a big mistake if I didn't purchase. My wife and I both went to pick up our new vehicle. Pickup was quick and easy. They answered EVERY question. Our Pilot is a Touring so it has many bells and whistles, The associate who helped answer all our tech questions was great. We saw the features made modifications, and his patients with us was great. Mark and Joe also followed up by taking care of everything. They had a new key programmed for us on the spot, and made sure that when we left we were all set. If you live in the Utica area like us and are thinking of buying a Honda, you don't have to go to Commercial Drive to shop. Mohawk Honda is well worth the drive, and they WILL take care of you More

I had been to about 5 dealerships previously and was told everything from "you sure that's what you want" to "I'm not making any money off of that". Finally I went to Mohawk Honda. "There I was treated like a queen". I wasn't pushed into buying something I didn't want as a matter of fact Brian McKenna my salesman was courteous and a pleasure to do buisdness with. He went out of his way to please me. The whole staff was very pleasant. They even brought us snacks. I would totally recommend Mohawk Honda to any one! And I'd definitely go there again for myself or my family. More
