simple I have owned Honda's for years, this is my first time dealing with Mohawk Honda and I have to say it was pretty simple sale. Let's face it no one like I have owned Honda's for years, this is my first time dealing with Mohawk Honda and I have to say it was pretty simple sale. Let's face it no one likes the car buying process, but at Mohawk it was not the usual torture. I left feeling like a made a good deal, not the usual "I could have done better". They had the car I wanted right on the lot, from the first time I stopped in till driving away was a mere 48 hours. Lindsey was great! More

Expanded my goals I came in to look for used vehicles that had enough power to tow my RV. I gave myself two weeks to try out various vehicles, and the Honda wasn't eve I came in to look for used vehicles that had enough power to tow my RV. I gave myself two weeks to try out various vehicles, and the Honda wasn't even on my list of options. Brad showed us a beautiful 2014 Honda Pilot and after driving it, I was sold! My first car was a Honda and I've always loved them, but I didn't realize the power the Pilot has. Brad helped me realize that I only tow the RV 4 or 5 times a year but I drive everyday, so I needed more than a towing vehicle. He answered all of my questions, was very friendly, understanding, and helpful and arranged for several changes I wanted. My new Honda Pilot has created a stir in the neighborhood as everyone comes out to look and marvel. More

Mohawk Honda staff were nothing but attentive and personable. Within seconds of my submitting my email Kelly Blue Book appraisal, Brandi called and left a voice mail. Travis met us in the parking lot and walked us through the entire process from test drive to trade in to purchase. Nate got the financing done efficiently and professionally and made us feel like we got a good deal. Just try to get a fair deal It's challenging work to get a fair deal at this dealership. It takes persistence. I would recommend saving the time and hitting up one of the other local Honda dealers where they wouldn't start the negotiation at nearly 10k off from where you end. Ridiculous. I'm still hesitant I got a fair deal....oh and additionally.....check your car thoroughly. I had to bring the car back the very next day to have the multi display completely replaced. Sweet right? Oh....and I'm the one who has to deliver them the Lein payoff letter? Rude. More
