Did not over-promise but CERTAINLY over-delivered!! I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Mohawk Honda. I had a 2014 Honda Pilot that I was leasing and was looking to downsize witho I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Mohawk Honda. I had a 2014 Honda Pilot that I was leasing and was looking to downsize without compromising on a few features that I had grown very accustomed to. Our salesman, Nick Vita, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. He listened intently to all of my wants and needs as well as my concerns, addressing each and every one of them. He went on numerous test drives with us until I found the car that I fell in love with; a White 2016 Honda Civic EX. He then transferred us over to the finance manager, Michael Speranza, who was an absolute pleasure to work with as well. From there we began working with Andy Guelcher who performed nothing short of miracles when it came to our deal. He went above and beyond!!! His knowledge, expertise made me confident that he not only knew what I was trying to accomplish long term, but CARED about making it happen for me. His strong relationship with Honda Financial at a Corporate level was instrumental in getting the deal done for a price that blew me and my (incredibly frugal) boyfriend away. There was no hesitation whatsoever when the day came to sign the paperwork. I've never felt better about a car buying experience in my life. When we went to pick up the car, our salesman Nick was adamant that he come in on his day off to tie up the loose ends so that it was a quick process when we arrived, even when I told him that wasn't necessary. When we arrived, we were greeted by Tasbeer who knew exactly who we were and what we were there to do. We met with Michael again and sealed the deal in a matter of 5 minutes. Tas came back to greet us and send us off to my new car with Derek. Derek spent 15 minutes with me explaining the ins and outs of my new car with me before I drove it off the lot. He was pleasant, upbeat, and so knowledgeable about the features that I had totally forgotten came with the car! As we drove away there wasn't an ounce of buyer's remorse, just a peace of mind and sense of contentment knowing that Mohawk Honda took EXCEPTIONAL care of us. My boyfriend and I are now 4 time Mohawk Honda customers. He has purchased 3 vehicles from them in the past and this was my 1st, but definitely not my last!!! More

I was able to settle on a price with Brandi, the internet sales person who was very responsive and easy to deal with. We then showed up to purchase the car with a check in hand. Got a great deal and had a very positive experience with Travis Landry who completed the sale and explained the features of the car to us. Travis was especially good- very knowledgeable and positive. We did not feel pressured at all. I would highly recommend Mohawk to anyone looking to buy a Honda in the area. More
