I had researched the car online on their website before visiting the dealer, but wanted to see it in person and talk to someone about it. As soon as I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted by Tas asking if he could help me. I told him the car I was looking for and he knew exactly which one it was. He gave me a quick tour of the facility and welcomed me. I won't recap the entire process but this was the tone for my entire visit. At all times he was friendly, professional and genuine. From the moment I walked in the door until he handed the keys to me, I felt comfortable and at ease. It was like having a conversation with a good friend. The sales manager Nate was also personable and knowledgeable while filling out paperwork and such. He was professional at all times and took the time to explain everything I was signing. Shout out to the detailing team as well for making it the most beautiful thing I've ever owned. All in all this was a great first time buying experience and I'd recommend these gentlemen to anyone.
