Best Experience Ever at a Car Dealership! I have purchased at least thirty cars over the last forty five years and my experience at Mohawk Honda was like no other! From the minute I walked in I have purchased at least thirty cars over the last forty five years and my experience at Mohawk Honda was like no other! From the minute I walked in and talked to Nick Bonarrigo I knew that Mohawk Honda was where I wanted to lease my CRV! They listened to what I wanted and worked very hard to make it happen. After working initially with Nick he then had me work with Mike Bennice who worked so hard to pull together our trade in from out of state, our out of state lease return to Honda and the lease of our new car all in the time frame we asked for. It required Mike to make numerous phone calls to get payoffs and information. He also had to switch our registration and insurance from VA to NY. I'm sure he didn't realize how much work he was going to have to do when he got me as a customer!! The day I went to pick up my car, Derek Lahut went over all of the options that my new car had. His knowledge and enthusiasm in explaining my CRV was above and beyond my expectations. He made me even more excited that I had chosen a CRV!!! Joe Vita handled the financial part of picking up my new car! He had the paperwork ready when I got there and he his organization of the paperwork made it painless to get through signing all of it! Buying a car from Mohawk Honda was like working with a family! I will never buy another car from any other dealership! Thanks Nick, Mike, Derek and Joe! More

Excellent customer service My wife and I walked in to purchase a 2016 Pilot. We had a specific color that we wanted and Mohawk Honda had the inventory. I specifically requested My wife and I walked in to purchase a 2016 Pilot. We had a specific color that we wanted and Mohawk Honda had the inventory. I specifically requested Brian McKenna as he had previously worked with my father. Brian was great. We showed on Saturday of Presidents day weekend with no appointment and he was very accommodating despite having a busy schedule. Brian is a straight shooter so there is not a lot of back and forth which I appreciated. We negotiated my trade and made the deal happen. Tom Ryan in the finance department was also terrific. Derek Lahut explained all the bells and whistles of the vehicle to me and got me on my way. My wife is enjoying her brand new Pilot. I would highly recommend Mohawk Honda to anyone. More

I contacted them in regards to a vehicle I saw for sale on their website and immediately upon inquiring about it, I was contacted and treated with nothing but the utmost professionalism and respect. I explained what I was looking for and some issues I might have, and not once was I greeted with a cannot due, but a CAN DO attitude!!! The level of commitment shown to me was impecible. Not once was I treated like a number or just another sale, but that I was the most important person to them. This was not just during the sale, but afterwards as well. They all stayed past closing hours to ensure I drove out of there with my new vehicle that night and had the best possible experience. I am glad I contacted them, and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle, whether it be new or used.
