My family needed a bigger car so we decided to go and buy an suv. We looked online and put our information for someone to contact us. Ashley immediately emailed and called to assist us with getting an appointment. She was friendly but never was overly pushy. She made sure we had as much assistance as we wanted and needed. Camren was patient, kind, and respectful. He went above and beyond to find the car for me and in my price range. He never tried to go above my price range like some dealerships try to do. I had a long list of things I wanted in a car and he was able to fulfill all of them. He was very knowledgable about the cars and always had a well educated answer to my questions. Once we were completed picking the car with camren, we moved to working with Micah who was also equally amazing. He made us feel like family/friends. He went over all of the final information to purchase the car and even called to follow up the next day to make sure dmv/insurance was taken care of. We picked my car up within two days of picking it out with Camren and couldn't be happier. We can't thank Mohawk Honda enough for helping my family. They will forever have my business. More

Rewarding My first experience wasn't bad. I spoke with Zack Thompson, who answered some of my Tech questions. I left feeling that the new 2016 Pilot was defin My first experience wasn't bad. I spoke with Zack Thompson, who answered some of my Tech questions. I left feeling that the new 2016 Pilot was definitely what I wanted to purchase. I needed to check my finances and proceed from. Once I decided on the exact car that I wanted, I went back to see Zack and start the Sales procedure. This trip was a disaster! First, Zack wasn't there yet. I really didn't have time to wait for him so I spoke to Frank Kinch, who began the process. As I was going to buy the new car, and trade-in my Used Honda Odyssey, I just wanted a Drive-out-the-door price. Dave Walsh then came in, got my keys, and took my car for a test drive around the Parking Lot. While doing it, he hit a sign, messing up my left front fender. He said they would fix it right away. Okay! Then I got a price, which figured into my budget. I put a down payment on the car, and was getting excited. Suddenly, Nate Gagnon came out and said that price was wrong. It would cost me another $2000.00. Wrong, I couldn't now do it. I had just wasted several hours. I was upset to say the least! I tore up the paperwork and walked out and went home. Frank and Nate never quit trying to figure out a way to put me in the new Pilot. Through several Emails, I found the I could work the numbers correctly. I went back in, met Zack, and put a Down-Payment on the car. The one I originally looked at had been sold, but Nate said a new Shipment was due the first week in January. It did and today, I picked up my 2016 Pilot EX-L with Navigation. It's beautiful, and drives like a dream. Thank you, Thank you, Mohawk Honda. You really did go out of your way to please me. More
