Very nice and helped very much Nick was out sales man. He was great. Did everything he could for us. From the almost immediate respon From start to finish, the buying experience at Mohawk Honda was a little bit different...and that's definitely good! From the almost immediate response from Brandi to our online inquiry, to the many welcoming faces that greeted us as we came in the door, I could tell that this might just be the first car buying experience that I didn't want to immediately wipe from my memory. This is our second new Honda, but our first at Mohawk, and our first foray into leasing. We had a lot of questions! Nick and Micah were excellent to work with, they were both very personable and you could tell they like what they do. Nick was a low pressure sales person, he worked with us to get a deal that was fair to everyone, and both gentlemen answered our questions quickly and thoroughly...they even gave us some information on our other Honda that was never told to us at the dealer we purchased it from! We walked in at 1:30 and were out by 4:45 with the keys to a new HRV in the exact trim and color I was looking for. In addition to Nick and Micah, Derek was fantastic in showing us the ropes in our new car. He definitely new the features, and seemed to be as excited as I was that we were driving away with a new HRV. The least stressful car purchase ever! My old 2005 Honda Accord has just about 200,000 miles on it and was the most reliable car I have ever owned, so there was no doubt that I was going to My old 2005 Honda Accord has just about 200,000 miles on it and was the most reliable car I have ever owned, so there was no doubt that I was going to get another Honda. Jen DiCiero had stopped by to talk a while back when I was having my car serviced and I decided to call her when I was ready to purchase my next car. The day I called Jen to start my search for a new car she met with me at my convenience. I went back and forth in my mind about whether to get another Accord or a CR-V. Jen took me on test drives with both and In the long run I went with another Accord and decided on a used 2012 6 cylinder Accord. Jen is a very busy saleswoman, but she always found time to get back to me and was always very polite, personable, able to answer any question I had and always with a smile! When I found a couple of Accords I liked online and wanted to see them she had them both warmed up and ready to go for a test drive. The Accord I purchased is the most luxurious car I have owned, it feels brand new and I just love it! When it came to financing I was sure that my credit union would be able to give me the best rate, but with no fuss and literally overnight Joe Vita got me a better rate. I picked up my new vehicle within two days. This was the the easiest, least stressful and fantastic buying experience I have ever had. Jen and Joe know their business and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others! More

This has been the best decision I made by taking the time to purchase my vehicle from Mohawk Honda. Amber Young kept in contact with me and did not pressure me to make an appointment right away. Andy Guelcher took the time to sit down and speak with me, instead of hiding in his office like most managers are known to do. Now to mention the person who so patiently and kindly negotiated and helped me make the best investment I will never regret making; Camren McKenna. Camren went above and beyond without having to convince me to purchase a car that I would be happy with for years to come. Although, I took the longest time (2 months) to finally make my purchase, Camren was not once rude or impatient with me and always got back to me with any questions that I had, whether if it was via e-mail, text message, telephone or in person. Not to mention coming in to work on his day off to help me finalize my purchase. This has been the best car purchasing experience I have ever had!!! Pleasant expierience all around! I throughly had a pleasant expierience during the purchasing process at Mohawk Honda. Brian McKenna was very personable, attentive and informative whe I throughly had a pleasant expierience during the purchasing process at Mohawk Honda. Brian McKenna was very personable, attentive and informative when it came to the options that would best fit my needs/desires. Even with a busy customer flow and many things going on at the dealer at once, Brian handled it perfectly and took the time to make sure My individual needs were met in a timely manner. Brian as well as the individuals in the finance department made sure to find me the best rates available for my new lease and made sure I was satisfied with what they presented me with. I absolutely will return to Mohawk Honda in the future to purchase another vehicle and to ensure my appreciation and love for Honda Motor Company will not be tainted by poor customer service. More
