Great service if you don’t have problems I’ve had such a bad experience here I don’t know where to begin. Had an accident and collision center had the car for a month only to go pick it up an I’ve had such a bad experience here I don’t know where to begin. Had an accident and collision center had the car for a month only to go pick it up and wouldn’t start. Long story short next day it rained and the wipers were flying off the side. Day after that car was dead in my driveway. Brought it in few weeks ago for the rear defroster that died and also needed an alternator, compressor, radiator fan, hmmmmm. Then after 10 days having my car they give it to me without washing it. How’s that for great service. Impression is everything and I now have a bad taste in my mouth. Left several messsages to speak to the president of the company and never received a call back. You make your own decision but I’ll vote with my feet!!! Spend less time feeding people pizza and more time making your customers happy. I’ve leased several cars and so has my fiancé but fool me once’ More

Excellent service from service advisor Brian Peters I've had my Hondas serviced here since 2005 and Brian Peters is the best advisor I've ever had. He is honest, friendly and plain spoken. He is knowled I've had my Hondas serviced here since 2005 and Brian Peters is the best advisor I've ever had. He is honest, friendly and plain spoken. He is knowledgeable and explains the problems and remedies, and any options that are available. In my last visit, he went the extra mile by arranging to get the additional work I needed done in a timely manner. He even stayed late to make sure we were charged correctly and satisfied when we picked up the car. He also gave us a small discount towards the bill.
