I had the pleasure of working with Keith as I purchased my 2013 Passat. As I was shopping around, Keith was the only person to give me straight answers. As we prepared for my test drive, he asked "what type of driving do you typically do?" I explained that this would be a commuter car as I drove about 50 miles each direction on the Taconic each day. Keith then guided me towards the Taconic and said "If this is where you drive, I want you to be sure this car will be right for you." No upsell, no games, just an automotive professional that wanted to be sure his customer got the right vehicle for the need at hand. I think that this kind of professionalism is rare at best these days. I have since been back to Mohegan Lake motors for service and everyone I have had dealings with at this dealership seems to hold themselves to the same standard of caring for the customer.
