To be honest, I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience working with both Tatiana and Walter. Every car buying experience I have had previously was horrific as it seemed more like a ba about my experience working with both Tatiana and Walter. Every car buying experience I have had previously was horrific as it seemed more like a back/forth negotiation "with the guy in the front office" in an effort to just try and get me for the most money but this was anything but that. This was hands down the easiest, most seamless and dare I say "enjoyable" experience I have ever had buying a vehicle and I will most definitely recommend your dealership to friends/family, specifically highlighting Tatiana and Walter. Terrible customer service. I understand there is currently a snowstorm affecting the area, but another out of state customer was able to purchase the vehicle I had my eyes on, so there should be no currently a snowstorm affecting the area, but another out of state customer was able to purchase the vehicle I had my eyes on, so there should be no excuse for their sluggishness for me. First had contact with Erica, who told me she had to get numbers from her manager, since I was an out of state buyer. Waited until the next day, when I received a text and voicemail from David. Responded to the text and also called David back at his number multiple times. No responses to either. Sent a text back to Erica with no response. On day three, received a text from Erica saying vehicle was sold pending paperwork, to another out of state buyer. I knew the vehicle would sell quickly as it was a good price for a rare vehicle. I wanted to move quickly, but was stonewalled by Erica. David was unresponsive despite contacting me first. Very frustrating and disappointing to be told the vehicle was sold when I knew we had to move quickly, while also being considerate of the fact that the dealership was supposedly closed due to the historic snowstorm. More
