Simply disappointed, I have never experienced such poor customer service at this location. After finally receiving help, I was assigned to service advisor Anjel, who immediately shared with me that the ke customer service at this location. After finally receiving help, I was assigned to service advisor Anjel, who immediately shared with me that the key fog reader is down so everything will have to be tested versus just allowing the machine to read the key. I thought that was odd, however, I understand that technology happens. I informed him I came in because of a recall letter I received, and mentioned the vehicle status setting, in lieu of “testing everything.” I had 4 bulbs out and was quoted an amount for a diagnostic fee to ensure it was not an electrical problem. I happily agreed. I was assured 1 to 2 hours, however, if the technician discovered anything electrical problems, I would have to leave the vehicle overnight. After three hours and 47 minutes had passed, I texted the service manager Anjel, who then called stating the service department was about to close, and they were unable to look at the front of my vehicle, however, they replaced the bulbs in the back. I was utterly confused because I was told that I would receive a diagnostic of the vehicle to ensure it was not a wiring issue. Which, in my non-mechanical mind, entailed the front lights of the vehicle as well. I pay a significantly larger amount than what I was quoted and was told to bring the car back on Monday to finish the front light bulbs. I review the invoice and I did not see a diagnostic or an inspection, still optimistic, I return to the service department and ask about both. Anjel states that they were very busy today, and they were unable to complete the inspections or the diagnostic. I was told I was charged additional for the labor he said, and I quote: “One hour to replace the bulbs on the rear right side and one hour to replace the bulb on your rear left side.” The most frustrating part about the entire situation is that I still am 100% unaware if my vehicle engine is producing increased CO emissions, which was the only reason I brought my car into service; to check if my vehicle was part of the recall. I bought my first BMW and its a Great car but the you can not trust the dealer. My advice to you is when you negotiate the final price the dealer tends to stretch the truth.
