Service staff at Monroe Nissan are second to none! When i first established a relationship with Monroe Nissan back when they originally opened (several yrs back) i wasn't totally satisfied with their s When i first established a relationship with Monroe Nissan back when they originally opened (several yrs back) i wasn't totally satisfied with their service department as i would find inconsistencies in workmanship. Since then about (1 yr and a half ago) service department staff was changed and the difference is night and day. In particular i have to cast light on the 2 service department advisors Jaime McClain and Edgar Vanterpool. They are both very courteous, knowledgeable, and always eager to meet the customers expectations. That's why i stay loyal to Monroe Nissan. It's gentlemen like these that's that keep customers happy and business running. More

I am a recent college graduate, so I was shopping on a budget but also needed something that was reliable and would keep me safe. My father and I had arrived at the dealership at the last minute, so I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to find anything in such a short amount of time. Fortunately, our sales specialist, Anthony Underwood, was amazing and was able to work within my budget and find me a new car that was reliable and safe. Because I was a recent college graduate, he was able to get me a discount and also made the process as simple, quick and painless as possible. The customer service at the dealership was great, and I ended up walking out of the dealership with a new car to my name and all within the matter of two hours. The only complaint I would have with our experience, was that it took awhile for someone to greet my father and I in the lot, and we had to walk inside the dealership to get someone's attention. Despite this fact, as soon as we walked in, we were greeted anf helped immediately. More
