"Exceptional service" This was this was the first time I came to Monroe Nissan for service to my 2011 Versa. I have been to a couple of Nissan dealerships but this locatio This was this was the first time I came to Monroe Nissan for service to my 2011 Versa. I have been to a couple of Nissan dealerships but this location was the best by far. I had been having some problems with my car and no one seemed to know what was wrong with it except for Monroe Nissan. Edgar first greeted me with concern and professionalism. He assured me that they would figure out what was going on and take care of it. He had to keep the car for awhile but indicated he would keep me posted of their developments. In all, my car runs great and it was the greatest experience I have ever had. All my questions were answered and I was treated very well. Edgar was a great help to me and followed through until everything was completed correctly. More

My wife was very apprehensive as car shopping My wife and I visited Monroe Nissan after she was involved in an accident that totaled her 2008 Altima. My wife was very apprehensive as car shopping is not one of our favorite activities. Anthony Underwood was very helpful, and we were able to find a bright red Sentra that my wife was pleased with. They even offered to hold our down payment check until the deposit from our insurance settlement had cleared, and that allowed us to drive home in the new vehicle that same day. More
