At first, our salesman was great. I explained our credit issue and what they would see, so they wouldn't be surprised. He stated that it sounded like that they could work with us. I explained our credit issue and what they would see, so they wouldn't be surprised. He stated that it sounded like that they could work with us. At this time, I did the application and told him what down payment I would have. I had to text him Monday, to find out what the outcome was. He text back and stated they needed a little more and I replied "No". I text back to ask questions and he did not answer me at all, my wife had to call. I asked him what vehicle they were looking at to put me in and his answer "I do not know". So I further stated that we could come up a little, and would like to work with the Nissan Kicks. He stated that he would call me back in 30 mins and it's been more than 3hrs and nothing. Not even a text stating, looking into it. Basically, he was like every salesman. It's my fault for listening and believing him. Just beware of this dealership. More
TLDR: Disappointed. I thought they were different. I thought looking someone in the eye, and shaking hands on a deal still counted for something. Not at Monroe Nissan I thought they were different. I thought looking someone in the eye, and shaking hands on a deal still counted for something. Not at Monroe Nissan. Had a deal agreed to, and scheduled inspection for the next day; communicated this and all agreed to. Everything was done without games, or so I thought. They sold the car later that day and didn’t say anything to me until I was ready to head in for inspection. “That’s how the car business works” they say. Yeah, right. Lucio Carrillo – the salesperson. You’re young in your career – hope you don’t keep this behavior up. “Too busy to call you” you said. This business is a about relationships and fair dealing; or you’ll never make it. Marquise Mazon – the manager. Sorry that your military background that you told us about didn’t translate to honor in business practices. Thanks for the hang-up too. To the Nissan team: this sales team is hurting your brand. I do own a Nissan, and the practices of your dealers do make a difference – in this case a very negative one. More

I would never purchase a single car from Nissan at Monroe. We purchased a car from them at the end of June. Our consultant was Spencer and we told him prior to purchasing his car that we had problems Monroe. We purchased a car from them at the end of June. Our consultant was Spencer and we told him prior to purchasing his car that we had problems with other dealerships with finding out a car we wanted had problems and if that was the case again we would leave the car. Spencer reassured us that Nissan does not sell any cars that have problems and that Nissan sell cars with problems it’s illegal. We told Spencer that we want the car and want a new car inspection done. He told us that this is something they do for all there vehicles. So we purchased the Nissan Rogue from them. After a month and a half the car started smoking and we had to pull off the side of the road. Spencer told us the car had warranty still on it and that we could use roadside assistance and if we have problems within a few months, they will cover it. So we called Nissan Road assistance and this is when we find out the car did not have any warranties on it as well as we do not have any roadside assistance help. Nissan support told us to contact Nissan Monroe regarding the issue. We towed the car to Nissan at Monroe and was charges for an inspection. They tell us that the engine fan needs to be replaced and they had records in their system that this needs to be replaced before hand. We told the Nissan tech guy that we were told there was nothing wrong with the car and that the inspection is already done. their manager called us and let us know that this was never done. We never requested it and now it will be $2500 to replace the engine fan. We contact Nissan headquarters and they do their investigation on trying to get the car fixed with no charge to us . They conclude their investigation and say that it’s up to Nissan Monroe to actually do that was charges for you for free. Nissan Monroe denied even having any conversation with us regarding this and any type of assistance on fixing it. Now for anyone wanting to purchase a car from here, I would highly recommend you not even going with Nissan in general. There’s no accountability, they lie and don’t keep their word and have terrible customer service. We’ve always purchased Nissan cars, but after experiencing what we experience with purchasing this one, we will be taking our business to any other dealership. And I highly recommend y’all never going here so you all don’t have to experience what we had to go through. Save your time, your money and health and get a different brand of car. More
It has been a while since I last been to Monroe Nissan, however today I have had an excellent experience with two awesome members of the Service Department, Tammy (I did not catch her last name) and Tracy however today I have had an excellent experience with two awesome members of the Service Department, Tammy (I did not catch her last name) and Tracy Williams. I had some concerns about my vehicle, these women took my concerns, documented them, and relayed them to the technician. This team of three including the technician did a great job with keeping me in the loop about my vehicle, understood my concerns, checked out my vehicle, found some stuff, and I am happy with the resolution. I felt welcomed, heard, understood, and not only that, a peeve of mine that they definitely soared...the interior of my vehicle was kept clean in the process!) I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Monroe Nissan. This crew, definitely is a game changer for me, Great Service, Great Attitude, Complete Care, Professionalism, Kindness, and Understanding. I will be returning my business back to Monroe Nissan! To add, These two women have been by far awesome, not only that, all the other members of the service team/sales/customer service were just pleasant and kind! It makes a big difference! More
