Your Director of Used Cars reached out to me. I was willing to work with him on a fair deal. He told me he would call me back to tell me he would approve the offer or that we were too far apart. He never called back. Your above response in my opinion is just a public relations ploy. I called out your manager for trying to include a bogus fee of 2,495 dollars on top of the retail price offered at the time. Dealership gimmicks and bogus fees are tactics that's either encouraged or at least tolerated in my view. I find nothing about your leadership behavior as being sincere. Customers or potential customers are looking for a transparent deal with honest dealing. No one expects a company not to make money off the product or in this case an automobile. Bogus fees and being disingenuous seem to be the norm at Monroe Nissan. I find it very curious that your dealership or any other would not want to have a good relationship with potential customers that may in turn be repeat customers.
