Great Experience I purchased a 2011 Nissan Armada on Oct 25. I found the car online and drove to the dealership to purchase the Armada. I test drove it and fell in love with the vehicle. Rolondo worked with me on a great deal and I was able to drive away that night with my new Armada. Having visited several dealers in the Charlotte area, I had a much better experience at Monroe Nissan. All the sales personnel and service personnel were very friendly and helpful. The young lady at the front desk was so friendly and warm, she really took an interest in my purchase. Overall I had the best experience in my vehicle purchase than I could imagine. I will return to purchase another vehicle from Monroe Nissan and will tell friends and family about it as well. More

Great experience with great staff I went to Monroe Nissan to upgrade my Altima to a Maxima. They did not have a car that met my needs at the time, so I told the salesman, Wale, what I was looking for. I had done this very thing at other dealerships and never heard back from anyone and expected about the same here. I was wrong. Wale was very determined to find me the car I wanted. He was attentive, listened, and was low-pressure. I visited the facility multiple times driving the car and asking questions. He always had time for me even though this was not a high-dollar sale. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and easy to work with. I never once got that slimy, pressured feeling I had experienced at other places. They proved to be very flexible and my daughter and I am thrilled with the car. Wale's personable approach made it a very positive experience and we got the right car for us at the right price. The sales team, the finance department went above and beyond my expectations.
