Excellent customer service. Took my car in for 30-thousand-mile service. Fred said it would take approximately 2hrs it was done just under that. There was communication from the service advisor. Didn't explain the work they did on my truck. Didn't provide warranty documents on the parts replaced. The price doesn't match wha they worked on... Didn't explain the work they did on my truck. Didn't provide warranty documents on the parts replaced. The price doesn't match wha they worked on... they were supposed to put in a new transmission and instead installed a refurbished. The transmission lines were supposed to be new and they look like the old ones. After receiving the truck they still ignoring to communicate with me to get the job done right. Might have to report this dealer to the B.A.R.. More
