Took my gladiator in for a proper oil and filter change. They ended up doing these jobs noted on the receipt : 1 syn full oil change. 2 tire rotation. 3 Repl eng air filter. 4 replace incabin fltr. 5 Brake They ended up doing these jobs noted on the receipt : 1 syn full oil change. 2 tire rotation. 3 Repl eng air filter. 4 replace incabin fltr. 5 Brake fluid srv. 6 complete fuel srv. 7 Multipoint insp. 8 tire pressure check. Total of $731. I took it in on June 6th 2025 at 11:30AM, they completed really quick and by 3PM it was done according to them. That same day as I was driving on a freeway onramp traveling a slight uphill curve at a speed of 40mph, the front 2 wheels started shaking or jumping uncontrollably I had never experienced anything like it the steering wheel had no control over the wheels. I took it in after the 4th time it started shaking and jumping on its own. The truck had no problems until that service they did to it. The mechanic said It was a part that usually gets worn out over time but I have only had for a few months I don't drive it much either so now im feeling like I got screwed More

The service part is great. The work was done well & timely. However, the increasing hourly rates keep increasing & are excessive.. $300 to replace the buckle on my seat beat - The work was done well & timely.
