Most pleasant vehicle purchase ever We went to Moritz Chev in search of a part for our 12 year old Saturn. But first we wanted to see if there was a way we could trade up. When we drove into the service area, we told the Service Order Writer we wanted to see about trading and he brought Michelle Sons to us, with a cart to ride since I am handicapped. We went to her office and described our situation and what kind of vehicle I had to have so I could ingress and egress the vehicle. She felt an Equinox would work for me and loaded us on the cart so I could try one on, so to speak. It worked quite well and we went back to her office and we made the deal on a 2019 Equinox. There aren't words to describe how Michelle has gone out of her way to make sure all is OK. And it is all OK. And the Finance person was kind and courteous and straight forward when asked a question. We are well satisfied and very happy with our purchase. We will recommend Michelle Sons at every opportunity.. More

First time buying a new car My wife and I were headed from Oklahoma to visit family. Her car broke down and Toyota said it needed a new engine. It was both of our first time buying a new vechile. So we weren't really prepared to buy a new car nor did we really know how to go about it. Rich was the first guy we spoke to. He was very professional and at the same time casual. Meaning he wasn't give us the big sales pitch. Instead, he took the time to understand the situation we were in and explained to us our options and was trying his hardest to help us out in anyway. When it came to financing. It got a little hectic but since the dealership is militarily friendly they too understood the situation we were in and really helped us out. And my wife and I are very grateful for that because if not, we might mot have had a way back home. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this dealership!! My wife and I were both very happy with our experience there. And in the future this will definitely be my first stop when it's time for me to get a new vechile. More

Purchased new vehicle We drove almost 100 miles to buy a vehicle from another dealership, only to have miscommunications. Left there and randomly pulled in the lot at Morit We drove almost 100 miles to buy a vehicle from another dealership, only to have miscommunications. Left there and randomly pulled in the lot at Moritz. We were promptly greeted by Brandon Kelley as we approached him at the building. Within an hour, he had showed us the vehicle we were wanting, negotiated professionally, and got to the price we were set on to spend! He was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable, even though he’s only been there a short time. He explained every step of the process and took care of his part of the deal. After a lengthy wait on the finance office, Brandon was promptly available to finish our sale by taking us to our brand new vehicle. He finished as well as he started. He went over several questions with us that we had, even though it was late and time to close. We would definitely do business there again, due to how professional Brandon was! He’s going to make a lot of sales with his personality and patience. More
