I've bought two cars before and never felt this satisfied with my experience. I know dealerships are there to "suck-up" to the customer but that is not what it felt like here. They gave me so many options I felt like I was making an easy decision. Usually to me the experience to me can be really stressful and I've never had fun or enjoyed it but at Moritz I felt at ease and I actually got to enjoy this experience. When I told him I was thinking about trading in my vehicle he I usually always go to service my vehicle with Gary who is always nice and very honest. When I told him I was thinking about trading in my vehicle he referred me with Michelle. Michelle was wonderful. She contacted me and told me different vehicles that were available. I was weary of getting a new vehicle so I told her i wasn’t going to get one afterall. After a couple of days I decided that I wanted one afterall. That same day I went in. She helped me the same day I went even though I dropped in unexpected. She helped me get into a new 2018 Tahoe that I saw online. She helped me trade in my old vehicle for my new Tahoe.overall a good experience. I really trust this dealership. More
