Dear Sir/Madame I'm sorry you chose not contact me directly, I would have loved to discuss the experience you had while visiting us either in person or via phone. I can assure you your experience here was not typical and we will always do whatever we can to come to terms on any vehicle we have in inventory. Sometimes however for various reasons we are unable to meet the customers requirements and have to part as friends.
