A different customer came in to have someone check out a knocking sound she was hearing on her vehicle. Employee came back and made fun of the customer behind her back, saying the only knocking she hears is knocking sound she was hearing on her vehicle. The same guy that eventually did honor my coupon also rolled his eyes at me when I asked to use a coupon, because I was told to hold onto it during my first visit, since my first oil change was free. The right rear tire leaked air from the day I purchased it. I mentioned the day I had the car in a couple of weeks after I purchased it to have mud guards attached. I don't think anything was done about it. I mentioned the day I had the car in a couple of weeks after I purchased it to have mud guards attached. I don't think anything was done about the tire because the tire continued to leak. I took it in again in late May for the leak. I was told the tire was removed and the ground down and the tire replaced. The tire continued to lose air. When I took it in again recently (the reason for this visit) I was told the wheel had a manufacturing defect -- a bad weld on a joint -- . The car stayed at the shop overnight and a new rim/wheel was put on and the tire replaced. It is no longer loosing air. Jamie Ford was new on the job that week. He was pleasant, efficient and courteous. The job got done. I believe Morrie's hired a good one. More

I was not called to schedule a maintenance visit, had to go in person to set up my car snd make an appt. Called to verify, left several voicemails, no response, main desk finally had someone call me back, f go in person to set up my car snd make an appt.
