Negotiated a new Sonata over the phone and got a great deal. The only reason dealer didn’t get higher rating is that the customers in the store were prioritized over my car delivery. Really pleased they fixed the main issue with the car with labor only! The inspection charges for everything individually is a little much but they made good on that too.
