Service people are nice. Fast. On a high end car (Genesis) they can be frustrating - (a) missing things requiring a trip back and (b) occasionally futz up the car & deny it or put blame on you. fo (Genesis) they can be frustrating - (a) missing things requiring a trip back and (b) occasionally futz up the car & deny it or put blame on you. for example, they replaced alternator but when I picked it up the battery was dead. They got it started, assured me battery was fine, and said it was because I had left it there for a week. Got home, had to jump it three days straight and took it back. Oh, Bad battery. Really annoying. Another time they screwed up the rotors and after I PROVED it they ate the $500 cost .. then found another $700 in repairs to do. LOL. I knew what they were doing and went ahead with some of the repairs taking advantage of their sudden eye for detail. Love the Genesis, would love a Lexus like service with it. Behavior makes me think the service managers are paid commission and on service turnover... and also have to cover for techs. More
