Terrible service, charging for services I canceled I felt okay about my initial experience at Morrie's. Since then, everything has gotten worse. I was pressured into signing up for thousands of dollars I felt okay about my initial experience at Morrie's. Since then, everything has gotten worse. I was pressured into signing up for thousands of dollars in extra services and when I went to cancel them the following week, I was told I only needed to sign one form (by Peter). I asked for confirmation of the cancelations to be emailed to me and Peter said he would do that. He did not. I called and emailed the sales department, the person who sold me my car, and the general manager at different times because I kept being told that someone else would get back to me about confirming the cancellation. Last week, Joe told me to look at my loan account for the refunds for these services to reflect in my loan and that he or someone else would get back to me about whether they have been processed on their end. He told me Cavan would get back to me. No one got back to me. I followed up with him and the general manager Lenny. Lenny said he would get back to me today about it and I have gotten no response (it is 7:38pm at night). I also received in the mail today a Customer ID card for one of the services I was told I had successfully cancelled. At this point, it has been over 30 days since I initially requested the services be cancelled and as far as I know I am being charged for services I do not want nor am I using. This company's motto to Buy Happy is a complete joke. More

Good timely service but they missed one thing. Their light inspection reported that all lights were OK. However,the left brake light was out and when this was pointed out to them the light was repl Their light inspection reported that all lights were OK. Hyundai service Lack of Communication from the service advisor’s Car was in the shop for an engine replacement very little contact. Tried calling multiple time Lack of Communication from the service advisor’s Car was in the shop for an engine replacement very little contact. Tried calling multiple times phone would ring get past to customer service representative who then sent an email to the service advisor still no call back Left voice mail no call back. When I did get a hold of one of the advisor he told me the parts are on order. Then get a call first thing the next morning saying car done. Not the best customer service. More
