Poor customer service This dealer does not care about taking care of their customers vehicle. Our car was scratched in while it was there for service. They promised to get this fixed and 1 week later they have not done that yet ( despite leaving messages to the service rep). They also very slow in getting the work done. Had not been for the pre paid be happy program, I would not want to service my car with this dealer More

Buy happy....NOT It took me 4 calls, with 2promised calls that never happened. Brought my care in and felt like I was in inconveniencing the service guy. No one called to advise of issues. When I picked up my car paperwork was miss filed. Told someone would being my car... When the guy showed up with my keys he handed me my keys, and I went to my car and nothing was cleaned out, maintenance rug and plastic still in car. Car was never washed...by happy does not happen after you sign the purchase agreement....never again! More
