Prev survey prompted dealership to contact me with offer of a repair where I only had to pay their cost on part. I was between a rock & a hard place. That cost amounted to $328 & the noise is still there. Was it fair? Was the part replaced? I have no ideA. I know I can t afford any more of their service. I also believe the service mgr was in his ofc both when I dropped my suv off & when I picked it up & obviously he didn t think it important to speak to me or offer any apology for inconvenience; not sure what his job is then. They did offer me a vehicle to use for the day at no charge. I really liked going there & prefer dealerships for service but am done. I will try to find a neighborhood repair shop that has good reviews. It’s unfortunate after all these yrs that dealerships still rank pretty low re customer service More
