I asked a lot of questions and they answered them all satisfactorily and offered more info than I even knew to ask about. I truley felt this was a well-informed purchase and I got exactly what I wanted. Stephanie was so wonderful and positive, Cavan was amazing at walking me through the financing and Adara was very efficient and explained all the final purchase details with me. My sales person, Joshua Ricards could not have been easier to work with. He asked me relevant questions and go to know my preferneces and helped me with understanding the differences between vehicles so I could make and informed decision. He was so knowledgable and patient. I never felt rushed or influenced by him. My experience was a completely positive one and I will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. I was so nervous before I arrived at the dealership and I walked out, (drove out), feeling happy with the process and genuinely appreciated as a customer but was really treated like a good friend. 10+ stars! Only at Morrie's I have been a Morrie's customer for 7 years now having purchased a Mazda CX-9 in 2010. My wife also picks up her company cars at Morrie's Cadillac every two years. The service and sales over the past 7 years has been impeccable, so when it came time to buy a third vehicle, staying within the Morrie's family of dealerships was a key. Morrie's Hyundai did not dissapoint. The sales and finance depts were great and look to the same service experience as we bring our new Sonata in for oil changes and tire rotations. More

The problem started as soon as I signed on the dotted line. I left to get the payment materials and they knew I was coming back in an hour. I arrived back and they had done nothing to get the car prepared. They said it would take five minutes and then eventually repeated "just another five minutes" and that turned into an hour and a half. Then the additional item I ordered didn't fit so there was a further delay. Finally I had to leave for a meeting that I was already late for--having budgeted most of the day for this process--and so they were going to call me when my license plates arrived and we would sort out the additional item then. No one called and my temporary tag expired. I emailed my sales rep and left a voicemail for the staff person responsible for license plates and got no reply from either despite the fact that my tag was now two weeks past expiration. I finally just showed up--and it turns out that the plates had been there and no one had bothered to call me. There were no apologies at all. I was patient and friendly but amazed that they didn't think they owed me any apology for this neglect of follow through or of not answering my email or phone call. I had previously good experience with my old Hyundai in their service department which led me to buy my new Hyundai there. Next time I would probably drive to another dealership to buy the car and then maybe come back to Morries for ongoing service. I don't feel valued as a customer. More
