Unfortunately there were several mishaps on the way to getting our vehicle properly serviced in a timely manner. At the end of the day they "made it right" financially and acknowledged the mishaps verball getting our vehicle properly serviced in a timely manner. Two things: when I serviced my car I asked for a quote to put a trailer hitch on. I never received it. Secondly, when I bought my car I was told the first two years of maintenance was free - - this is not put a trailer hitch on. I never received it. You should be more up front with your customers. So, am I happy with the oil change, NO because I had to pay for it when I was told it would be free. More
