They got my truck in on time for the oil change. The 2 guys at the counter were friendly and easy to be around. I walked over and learned a couple things about the new F-150 from salesman Ryan. Horrible experience…. Dropped truck off at 8:30 am never looked at it all day. Never called to tell me they wouldn’t get to it…. Not impressed. So first of all I dropped the car off at 6:30 am and I guess they only checked the drop box once at 6am. My car was there for an oil change and we had an appointment, I got a ride thinking that the car wi guess they only checked the drop box once at 6am.
