Because I live about 4 hours from the Twin Cities, I asked Vick if he could give me an estimate on a trade-in before I made the drive to see the car. Using pictures I sent via email, Vick gave me a ballpark trade value. From that point on the deal went smoothly. The trade offer was fair and the asking price for the vehicle I was interested in was very good. The car looked as good in person as it had on the website. Thus, I didn't feel the need to negotiate the price. Frankly, the non-negotiation contributed to my satisfaction with the deal. It has been a month since I bought the car. I intentionally waited to write this review just to make sure nothing unexpected occurred after I left the dealership. So far, I've had no problems whatsoever and I love my new Lexus. I would definitely shop at TCLA again. More

Purchased a Maserati GT new from this dealership in 2008, and have used the dealership to perform all servicing on that vehicle. The service experience always is outstanding. From flexibility in scheduling and have used the dealership to perform all servicing on that vehicle. The service experience always is outstanding. From flexibility in scheduling appointments to arrangement of loaners to quality of work and courtesy of personnel, this dealership does it right. Other luxury dealerships I've dealt with could learn a lot from Michael and the crew. Given that the car just came off warranty, I can't really comment on price, as all I've really paid for are oil changes. I also purchased a pair of Conti's last year to replace the rear OEM tires, and the price offered by the dealership (which I was able to compare) was very good. If I lived on the West side, I'd use these guys for all of my servicing needs. For those of you with exotics and/or who live on that side of the city, I highly recommend you check these folks out. The response time is unparalleled, and when the services performed could not be completed while I waited, I was given a clean, well maintained loaner vehicle for my transportation needs.
