Chris asked me to come at a specific time to see a specific vehicle. When I arrived he had double booked himself, so I sat and waited while he worked with someone else. When he found time for me, they specific vehicle. When I arrived he had double booked himself, so I sat and waited while he worked with someone else. When he found time for me, they didn't even have the vehicle I came to see. He told me that I "wouldn't be able to tell the difference anyway" on a completely different year and performance level. In all, he spent less than 5 minutes talking to me and showed no interest in even showing me the options they had available. Overall dismissive and wasted my time. I only came to Morrie's Minnetonka because they were recommended to have excellent service but that wasn't my experience at all. More

My salesman Mark worked hard to find my car but am a little disappointed that they do not give any little perks when spending close to 30k. My friend purchased a new car a month ago and received 2 free little disappointed that they do not give any little perks when spending close to 30k. To celebrate the purchase of our new car, Dalles brought homemade sweet tea (his wife made) for us (Southerners recently moved to MN) ...and left a gallon for us in our new car!
