Very Pleased Got a new 2020 Forester from Morrie's Subaru in Minetonka. As soon as I walked in Beth greeted me and helped me find the car I was looking for. After showing me the extras and what my options were I put down a deposit and requested a couple things added to the vehicle (fog lights and mud guards). I came in 2 days later and picked up the car. I was told they at best would list my car for 2k during negotiations, and they turn around The service I got was great - except for my trade-in value. I was told they at best would list my car for 2k during negotiations, and they turn around and are selling it for 4k on their website. So they dramatically undervalued my trade-in. I get that a dealership has to make money, too, but they could be more generous in this regard. They also don't proofread their paperwork too carefully so I had to make a second trip to re-sign a bunch of documents after I bought the car. That all being said, Lara was great and I'm loving my car! More
