He didn’t try to push any sale on me and instead of seeming like a sleazy car salesman, he came across as my partner in helping me find the right fit for me. After I got the car, he even helped me fill my old vehicle with air and then followed me home so I could park my old car and drove me back to get my new one. Subaru Imprezza I came to this dealership specifically to buy a used car that was there. There was an issue where one dealer wouldn’t let me test drive the car and he I came to this dealership specifically to buy a used car that was there. There was an issue where one dealer wouldn’t let me test drive the car and held onto the keys even though his clients were out in a different car. I was really frustrated by this and was about to walk out when I saw the dealer, Aaron, who sold me my last Subaru in Rochester. He was fantastic! Willing to work with me and got everything taken care of. I came with very few questions and despite having no hang ups during the process everything seemed to take a long time. I think I was there for almost 3 1/2 hrs, we kept having to wait for other people to complete behind the scenes paper work. But, Paul and Aaron were good about staying late so that I could drive home in my new car that night (at 10:30). I am so grateful that Aaron did was there to help me but this car because I love it! More
