How xxxx Long does it take to buy a new car.. Car buying process is cumbersome. Last fall we worked with Joe on securing an Ascent, but Brooklyn Park wouldn't return the call on the model we wanted and they subsequently sold it 2 or 3 days later. So much for sister companies, eeeh..... This week we were warned by Aaron of a 3 hour experience when I came in 2 days earlier to restart the process.... Friday, it was all of that. The trade in. Sorry, I can't remember that gentleman's name. Well....I can't wait to see what you sell it for Vs the trade value.... As we said to Eva after we finished the process, a lot of her "options" stuff should have been presented before so we could mull and research, rather than being gently hammered after 2+ hrs of paperwork..... I've been in sales and sales management for 30 years and know the consultative sales process followed by the hammering is not gonna leave a good feeling (in the short term). I ran customer services/sales groups and know it can be done better. I "look forward" to meeting your customer service group when the preventative scheduled maintenance stuff begins. The resulting new car experience is probably awesome, given the reviews I've read and heard the last 9 months about both the Outback and the Ascent.... I hope so. To be clear. I'd work with Aaron next time too. More

Great sales people Way better than previous experience at another Subaru dealer. Only thing I was a little annoyed about was seller not telling me the low interest rate Way better than previous experience at another Subaru dealer. Most people cant make such high monthly payments. And also I left my garage door opener in my trade in. But thats my fault. More
