5 minutes ago-EditAbsolutely dreaded the idea of car 5 minutes ago-Edit Absolutely dreaded the idea of car shopping...in fact, we generally drive through the lots when the dealership is closed to avoid 5 minutes ago-Edit Absolutely dreaded the idea of car shopping...in fact, we generally drive through the lots when the dealership is closed to avoid overly aggressive sales people, etc. But, we bit the bullet and went when they were open because out of the 5 Lexus SUVs we selected, Zeck had the car we wanted at the best price, lowest mileage, etc. in the entire KC area. Now, I'll plead guilty to having a "chip on my shoulder" and guard up when we arrived...we met sales person Rick Mears, he explained that they were a non- negotiating dealership...the price is THE PRICE...and I couldn't get them to budge, because frankly, they were already the lowest player in the entire area. The car (a 2017 Lexus) was immaculate. It might as well been a 2021 on the show room floor...so clean! Rick Mears proved to be an auto rock star. He was the consummate professional, very knowledgeable but not stuffy...actually, a fun guy, making our time very enjoyable. Wish I had more cash, I'd go back and buy another Lexus from Rick....just so I could watch him "walk on water" one more time! :-) More

Rick Mears went above and beyond to help us surprise our daughter with a new car. He dropped 2 vehicles off at a local restaurant. My daughter had no clue these were the 2 cars we were looking at. She was a daughter with a new car. He dropped 2 vehicles off at a local restaurant. My daughter had no clue these were the 2 cars we were looking at.
