Worst car buying experience ever Having bought a car from Zeck Ford in the past, we went back to purchase another one. Big mistake! they had two vehicles we were interested in. When Having bought a car from Zeck Ford in the past, we went back to purchase another one. Big mistake! they had two vehicles we were interested in. When asked to see the red one they said they didnt have a red one. Got it up on my phone to show them and they said oh let me see the vin number. It took almost a half hour before they brought it up for us to see and test drive. We liked it and after about two or three hours doing the paper work with a new, slow sales person, we were informed it had only one key. It is a 2020 vehicle and they wanted us to pay $250 for them to make a second key. We left but decided we liked the vehicle so we came back and agreed to pay for second key. After telling all this to the finance person, he couldnt believe it and took the $250 off for us. He was the only ray of sunshine on this whole transaction. Also they said it was full of gas and it wasnt. And the additional floor mats that were in it when we test drove it were missing and thay had to send them to us. We have bought several vehicles in the past 4 years, but Zeck Ford wont see us again! More
