Very easy experience. Jacob is so wonderful! I had a terrible experience at sneed ford before going to see Jacob. Zeck was as prompt as they could be when it came to finance and were all very polite. My third time that I have bought a car here. Jacob my salesman was very polite. The dealership has a very good web sight. As a result I had already selected the car I wanted to buy. From there Jacob my salesman was very polite. The dealership has a very good web sight. As a result I had already selected the car I wanted to buy. From there forward everything proceeded smoothly. We got to test drive drive the car. Jacob notified us that there had been some minor damage to the rear bumper prior to their purchase of the car. But when they examined the car, they found that a bracket was still broken. So as a result, they would give us a loaner car until the repair was completed. Within a couple of days, they delivered our new car to our house and took the loaner. The car, a 2017 Focus, looked beautiful. I believe, Jace was the man who helped get an us an extended warranty. Initially, we didn't feel that we could afford the coverage. Then he realized, that since our previous car was totaled from an accident, we possibly had money available to apply to this car. As a result, his extra effort, made it possible to get the extended warranty. More
