What a wonderful first-time car buying experience! The people at Zeck Ford were very respectful and understanding when I was shopping for my car. They understood I was shopping at several dealers, yet The people at Zeck Ford were very respectful and understanding when I was shopping for my car. They understood I was shopping at several dealers, yet respectfully confident that I would come back. After visiting said other dealers who did not make me feel taken care of, Zeck Ford listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push me outside of my criteria, and I ended up driving away with a beautiful pre-owned Edge. They were pretty busy the day I purchased, as it was a Saturday, so we did deal with some long wait times, but they were very efficient when our time came to sign paperwork. They even sent me away with a gift card as a thanks for waiting so long. Overall, great experience, and special shout out to Sage, who was my personal shopper throughout the process. He was fun to work with and made the experience less stressful. Thanks Sage! More
