First Car Purchase As I began the process of looking to buy my first car, I searched around on the internet to try and find the right fit for me. I came across a 2013 Ford Explorer being sold at Zeck Ford that I became very interested in. I called Zeck the following day and immediately felt very comfortable in doing business with them. They answered all of my questions and were willing to work me in after I got off work for a visit to the dealership to take a look at the Explorer. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Payton Meek. Payton was great to work with and took it upon himself to ensure that all of my questions were answered, and that he was able to help me make the best decision in my car search. As we worked through the process of purchasing the car, Payton was very responsive via call/text/email and made sure to address everything we asked of him before purchasing the vehicle. Overall, I am very impressed with Zeck Ford and everything they stand for. They care about you as their customer, and want to make sure you leave satisfied with your purchase. Great Experience. I bought a Ford Fusion that I absolutely loved from Zeck Ford in 2015. It was a very easy process and I was treated with respect. I unfortunately, ha I bought a Ford Fusion that I absolutely loved from Zeck Ford in 2015. It was a very easy process and I was treated with respect. I unfortunately, had to replace the Fusion this week as it was totaled in an accident. I chose to return to Zeck Ford for a replacement vehicle. I had a very specific set of must haves and a budget I was not willing to go over. I was able to purchase a new vehicle from the same sales associate I had worked with earlier. Fran Weis, was a very professional and easy to work with. He provided me with several different vehicles to test drive. I never felt pressured to speed more than the budget I had set. He patiently went over the specifics of each car and helped me make a decision I am happy with. Hopefully, I will not have to purchase another car anytime soon. If I do, I will return to Zeck Ford and will again request Fran Weis. More
