Of the 10 cars I have purchased, my experience with Zeck was probably one of the worst I have ever had across all the dealerships I have dealt with. They charge you 500 dollars for a Polysteel "Ceramic" was probably one of the worst I have ever had across all the dealerships I have dealt with. They charge you 500 dollars for a Polysteel "Ceramic" coating. Which I have gotten NO proof has ever been done, nor something that I wanted done to the car. The terrible Paint touch up and lack of paint correction prior to the supposed Ceramic coating further leads me to believe that it was not done. I traded in a vehicle and made it very clear multiple times that I was only putting 2500 down and the trade in of my car was to be part of that 2500. Somehow AFTER they sent in all the information to the bank they decided to tell me that they were wanting 700 more down for 3200 down total. NOT what was agreed nor what was discussed when they were showing us the numbers for payments. It might have been poor communication between the finance department and the salesman but it appeared to be intentional. We had called the "Service Manager" who did nothing but say ok. We did NOT feel confident that the issue would be communicated to the staff to prevent the issue in the future. The Title finally arrived after just over a month after purchasing. I purchased the car in KS and the title was NJ. Zeck purchased the vehicle on 5/13/21 and I purchased the car on 7/03/21. I specifically purchased a vehicle in KS to avoid having to get a VIN inspection as I am always traveling for work. I have to give credit to Zeck that they WILL reimburse the Inspection fee, but I would have liked to known about this before the paperwork was finalized. I was shown several models of the car that I was looking for. The one I purchased was the only one that did not have accidents on the CARFAX. I have to give credit to the Salesman Chase McDaniel for actually being more upfront than many dealers on that. The service contract that the Dealer offers is abysmal at best. The only reason to get it is to lower interest rate. While I was there waiting to test drive my vehicle, there was a verbal argument between a Salesman and who I assume was a Manager. It continued for about 10 minutes before they decided to go somewhere more private. It made the atmosphere very uncomfortable and I had to walk outside to get away from it. The only reason this dealership got a 2 star was because of Chase McDaniel or it would have been lower. While I would work with Chase again, I will not do it at Zeck. I highly recommend that you research your dealership options before you just walk into Zeck. More

I had done extensive research in determining the ideal pickup truck, but itcost about 35 % more than we could afford. Zeck Ford had exactly what we had asked them to show us. Unexpectedly, the F-150's is pickup truck, but itcost about 35 % more than we could afford. Zeck Ford had exactly what we had asked them to show us. Unexpectedly, the F-150's is 4 years newer than we expected, and it had only 1/4 the milage we expected to find The price was a fourth less than the area's average price. The truck is a loaded XLT model - a level higher than we expected. It even has the best Ford bed cover and running boards. Everything's in near-perfect condition. Zeck even included new set of floor mats! The Lansing sales tax is much lower than in KC.. Zeck did NOT add to thier published price, a penalty for not financing with Ford; nor, for not having a trade-in vehicle. Zeck delivered everything they promised over the phone. Many other dealers add thousands to thier "sticker" prices. Zeck's extended warranty price is about half the average. It covers what insurance doesn't. The man who delivered on Zeck's promises is Mike Amaral. His business card title reads "Vehicle Finder", rather than "Salesman." There's was NO sales manager involved: no typical run-arounds, "I'll have to asks", "mights or maybes". Zeck has confidence in their professionals, trusting them with AUTHORITY to have ownership of the entire selling process. Mike researched, listened, answered, delivered, rode with us, and had the truck re-detailed. I drove home in so much more than expected. The biggest surprise of all was, that there weren't any bad ones! Everyone was friendly, professional, thorough, honest, brief and transparent. Are all of Zeck's 5-star reviews for real? Must be. We drove nearly 3 hours to purchase a truck from Zeck Ford. We loved the No Haggle pricing! We worked with Robert who explained the process and answered all our questions.
