We were so impressed. Could not have been better! Martha was our first contact. When we called she was very warm and friendly and got us over to John in sales very quickly. John treated us as if we were family. He explained how the process of finding the right RV for our needs. He took us on a golf cart to show us the way around the property. Then he gave us a cart of our own and encouraged us to take our time. We were so impressed with the no pressure approach. We took about 2 hours to find exactly what we wanted. John took us to meet Billy to arrange for financing. Billy was very professional and made us feel welcome. Once again no pressure. Just a friendly warm reception. Billy made the whole financing process a breeze. John stayed in touch with us through the entire process from beginning to the end. He was "Johnny on the spot" (get it)? No kidding John handled everything and answered all our questions along the way. After the walk through we met Lee. What a great guy who knows more about RV's than seems possible. He took time to explain everything about our RV and had me demonstrate that I knew how to do everything. Lee took care of everything that needed adjusting after our night stay at the RV property. I visited the front desk and met the warm Martha who paired me up with my Texan salesman John Powell and kept the cold water bottles coming in the hot Texas sun. Martha took my driver's license when I drove about in the courtesy golf cart. Charming salesman John was helpful and accessible for any questions and provided information for each of the RVs, I never felt hustled or forced to make a decision. Even the mechanics were helpful. I didn't buy yet, but I absolutely will once they get my Coach in. It was a way better experience than purchasing a car! More

We had a very bad experience purchasing our Entegra from another dealership and refused to let them make repairs on it. We went to MHSRV and they treated us like family, they welcomed us as if we had purchased it from them, “wish we would have”. We drive in late on Wednesday night and pulled into their camp ground which was very nice. They came the next morning to the camp ground and went over my issues and within an hour was working on my coach. From the minute we got their we were greeted by a gentleman named Theo, their night time security”” he was great and made us feel very welcome He actually went and let the service group know we were there. JP is the service manager for the Entegra coach line, very professional and has a very good knowledge of Entegra Coaches. Great guy and you must meet him if you ever have a change, Robert, is the service technician, he is very knowledgeable and efficient in the repairs he made, also very friendly and just an all around good person, he taught me tons of things about my coach that I might not have learned otherwise. Marty helped us the whole way through, from answering our million and one questions to being very flecible when we wanted an extra day to see the trailer before buying. He and Matt (customer service liasion) even did the walk through with us because there was no service tech available to us! He invested tons of extra time and energy in taking care of us! The free lunch and free night at the RV park were awesome perks for these newbies! Did i mention on a lot with million dollar motorhomes we were buying a used travel trailer for 20,000? Thanks to Marty it felt like we might as well have been buying a big rig! I will say that I was disappointed in the service guys not showing up. Thats the only reason 5 stars werent given. It also seemed like they didn't detail the trailer, housekeeping came and spruced things up for us thankfully! More
