He loves taking care of people during their stay, always making sure they have the best experience possible. Along with the extremely knowledgeable technicians and hard-working staff. As soon as you set foot on the lot it feels like you are part of the family. Motorhome Specialist is also very involved in the community. They always make sure the Fire Department and Police Department are fully stocked with bottles of water. Motor home specialist graciously feeds their customers lunch when they come and look at motor homes. Come check them out! You won’t be disappointed. More

When I arrived from Atlanta at DFW everything went smoothly and efficiently. My new coach was clean and ready to go. Mitch did an exemplary job with sales. Arturo followed that with a very informative orientation. But probably the biggest surprise of all was the dreaded finance office was a huge surprise. Chris was amazing. No pressure to buy unwanted add ons and all paperwork was prepared and explained in an efficient manner. The story doesn’t end there. Top it all of with staying the night on their lot. The manufacturer was dragging their feet on shipping the doors causing a 6 week delay. After finally getting them in MHSRV parts Dept and the GM took care of the doors. No Charge.
