We bought a 2019 holiday rambler close out model, new, in January. We took it in to the service department for walk through issues that couldn’t be fixed without new parts. I cannot get call backs to find out the status of the repair work and the hydraulic jack has been deemed “normal oil passing by the o’ring”, all two quarts of it and the claim has been denied. Bought a new Georgetown in 2015. Great experience. Tried to buy a new 2020 Georgetown today, April 15, but was insulted by Nolan O'Bannon. He provided his proposal and then I gave him my proposal. Can't Imagine a Worse Service Department Purchased in 2018, and that went great. But if you buy from these guys, expect the service department to screw up more than they fix. And don't expect anyone to call you back as promised - never happens. Took RV for warranty and other service in Sep 2019. Almost nothing scheduled was done. We picked it up with understanding warranty parts would be ordered and we would return in early Oct to finish things up. It was supposed to take a week - two weeks at most. Started keeping a log of my calls in December. Finally got a response after 5 calls that vehicle would be ready before Christmas. We were traveling over Christmas and New Year, so started calling again in early Jan. At one point I had made 21 phone/email contacts (incl to the Service Manager) and had received only one return call from the receptionist who relayed a message from a new service rep who had never called me as promised. I felt sorry for the receptionist who told me more than once she had spoken w/ the manager and/or rep, and that one of them would call me back. Vehicle finally ready and picked up on 6 Feb. Here's the best part. One of the items to be worked was the hot water heater. Of course, rather than fix it, they left the vehicle out to freeze and burst the heater and a valve. Vehicle was returned w/ no water in the system. We (me and the service rep) assumed that was because the system had been intentionally drained to avoid a freeze. So, we could not check anything there. When I got home and filled w/ water, I found the freeze damage. Of course none of my follow up emails or phone calls have ever been returned. These guys have a $159/hr shop rate!! Unbelievable! With a rate like that, I would be running the best service department in the country and making a mint in the process. I finally ordered a new water heater and valve online and just replaced it myself. More

Purchased an Entegra Anthem from MHSRV 2 years ago. The purchase and delivery went well. We returned the following spring for warranty work and a class on the motor home and chassis. MHSRV service department is terrible *** beginning review update on 3/5/20 *** *** I changed my MHSRV review MHSRV from 5 stars to 3 stars *** 2/14/20 picked up the new RV from MHSRV *** beginning review update on 3/5/20 *** *** I changed my MHSRV review MHSRV from 5 stars to 3 stars *** 2/14/20 picked up the new RV from MHSRV and gave MHSRV 5 stars 2/18/20 found the fresh water tank leaks damaging the RV floors 2/19/20 contacted Jason and brought RV back to MHSRV to try to have it fixed the same day, but was told by the service department to wait for the new tank to be replaced 2/24/20 checked on the fix status and was told that nothing has been done yet 2/25/20 Jason helped to have the service department ordered the tank 3/3/20 Contacted Jason about the lately found water stains with plenty of sand inside the never used outside storage and the loud noise of the slide-out while driving. There was no update about the tank fix yet 3/4/20 contacted Jason again. 14 days passed, nothing I can see has been done to fix my new, but lousy RV yet. I appreciated what Jason has been done for me, but I'm sure that he's exhausted too. 3/5/20 This new RV is under the warranty. Mr. Jason Borden, the sale man, was the major reason for us to buy it from MHSRV within 8 days without any hesitation. Go to ask for him and you will have the most wonderful shopping experience you've never had if you liked Robin Williams, the movie star. On 2/17/20, I tested my new RV and found that I needed MHSRV service to check the fresh water tank. I called Mr. Jason on 2/19/20. He immediately told us what to do and asked us to bring the RV back to MHSRV. He spent a couple of hours to look into our concerns and to find the right persons to help us as it were his own business. How lucky MHSRV is to have such a valuable staff! After looking online for months, we saw a motor home that came up on MHSRV. Their website is user friendly. We really like MHSRV and their customer service is very professional and friendly!
