Shelor Sales Team was not as familiar with the Jeep functionality as they should have been. We were told by Scott that you do not need to check the transmission fluid...However, we found out later that there is a transmission stick to check the transmission fluid levels. .Items like this are serious and the Sales Team should have known this. With the price of the vehicle that I purchased being very expensive I would have thought I would have gotten at least a phone call or some type of follow up from the dealership thanking me for my business. Ignored I was in the used car dealership, this week purchasing a used vehicle. I was only with my salesman a short time. After I was ushered out of his office I was in the used car dealership, this week purchasing a used vehicle. I was only with my salesman a short time. After I was ushered out of his office waiting on a few formalities to be done which should not have taken 30 minutes tops I never saw my salesman again. The one and only time i did see him walk through was when I saw him with another set of customers. I sat in the lobby for over an hour with no update whatsoever. I approached another employee who then helped me finish up the process. At that point it only took a short time and I left. As far as the dealership itself I am always happy doing business here. The neglect to not even come and give me an update of my salesman was unacceptable. I will purchase from Shelor again. However I will never do business with this employee again. More
