Efficient and effective service I brought my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 Pick-up in for an oil change, transmission service and tire rotation. I also told Bobby Coleman (service advisor) th I brought my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 Pick-up in for an oil change, transmission service and tire rotation. I also told Bobby Coleman (service advisor) that the truck was getting terrible gas mileage in and around town, but it was getting excellent highway mileage. Bobby got my requested services down quickly and called me to give me options / recommendations on maintenance that would increase my in town mileage. Finally, the truck maintenance and additional service was completed quickly and the truck is running much better and getting better gas mileage. I also utilized the shuttle service to get to the service center to pick up my truck. More
