Bought a 2016 BMW 750i from this dealer. The car only had 29K miles and was in pretty good condition. I was verbally told that the car is in perfect working condition and unfortunately that was not the had 29K miles and was in pretty good condition. I was verbally told that the car is in perfect working condition and unfortunately that was not the case. We mentioned to the sales consultant and manager that the rear power sunshade is not working probably. The dealer said that they would take care of this and it shouldn't be a problem. After about a 6 week run around was finally told by the General Manger Rick Ayash whom came across as very confrontational from the get go that nothing was going to be done about this and we were on our own. We understand that we had purchased a pre-owned vehicle however there are ways to treat a customer and the way Rick treated us is DEFINETLEY NOT THE WAY. I WILL NEVER EVER recommend this dealer or make any other purchases from any MOTOR WERKS dealers. More

Contacted the dealership about a used car they had listed and offered my trade in during the phone call from where I live in Central Wisconsin. Worked with a sales agent named Kurt. He said the dealer would and offered my trade in during the phone call from where I live in Central Wisconsin. Worked with a sales agent named Kurt. He said the dealer would give me $30,000 on the trade over the phone. I did not ask for that quote in writing because I knew they would have to see it in person and not just totally rely on the vin. I said we would make the 4 hour drive down the next day to make the deal based on their inspection of the trade in and my inspection of the vehicle. On the way down I received a call from Jon Fusha and he said he wanted to give me the courtesy of knowing that a manager had made a mistake on the trade in quote and there was no way they could give me the original $30,000 I was quoted. RED FLAG! I was peeved! But here is the kicker: Jon said that he would make it right somehow in the deal when we got there. Well you know what? He did! The difference between my originally quoted trade in price and our final deal was more than made up! We walked away feeling that we got a great vehicle at a nice deal! Thanks Jon! More
